figure model, speaker, writer and entertainment hostess. Her
elite physique has earned her many top level standings in
national beauty, figure and fitness competitions. Her innovative
workout programs have been implemented into some of the nation's
leading health and fitness organizations. Her articles have
been published by many leading industry magazines. She is
an industry speaker on topics including weight management,
wellness and group fitness. She specializes in helping large
health clubs find and grow new revenue streams. She has been
actively involved in many large charities, such as, Fight
For Children and participated in the prestigious event
called "Fight Night". As a child growing
up in Los Angeles, she was a principle in several national
commercials. This gave Michelle the on-camera experience she
needed to become a TV hostess for "Late Nite with
Eric Haase", which aired on WB50 for several years
in the Washington, DC area. She is also featured as an expert
demonstrating workouts on www.monkeysee.com.
She currently resides in Bethesda, Maryland and soon will
soon be a published author of books featuring her personal
nutrition and workout programs. She has completed her life

Me?
A Message from Michelle
I
am a woman who overcame many obstacles in my life, including
poverty and a family who suffered from various addictions
and health issues. I was malnourished and ill as a young child.
Throughout my life, I did not see myself as beautiful; I struggled
with acceptance of my weight and image. I had low self esteem,
but I acted confident. I experienced wealth and lived the
lifestyle of the rich and famous, as a teenager and married
adult. I experienced what it was like to reach physical goals
that I thought were not a part of my heredity. I raised my
daughter as a single parent, eventually married and divorced.
I always hustled to survive and tried many professions to
find my niche. I was even once a high-tech writer and editor
despite not having completed my formal education and worked
also as a cosmetologist. I did what I could to get off welfare,
but found the corporate world unpredictable and the politics
unbearable. I did not want to move my child around, as I did
over forty times as a child. As a result, I suffered from
enormous stress and anxiety, which lead to fibromyalgia and
chronic fatigue. At times, I found it hard to work and mother
my child. My weight went up and down, along with my energy
levels. Attracting abusive men in my life lead to some of
my darkest moments and my flare ups had me feeling almost
suicidal. I put pressure on myself to keep up because I always
felt a need for approval being a lonely only child. At times,
I found this lifetime crippling and went deep into my soul
for answers. I spent many years soul searching. It was after
I did some intense spiritual healing work that I learned to
let go of my excuses and life story. In time, I decided regardless
of it all, it was time to let go of feeling limited by my
obstacles, which became my greatest teachers and began to
follow my intuition. This led me to solutions which meant
taking risks "outside of the box". I dropped the
need for approval. Through trial and error and acknowledging
my self created prophecy, I began to greatly change my life.
My life magically began to reshape itself along with my body.
Most importantly my perceptions and the people around me began
to look lighter. And with that…was the birth of Michelle
Enterprises. The message of this web site is about the
power and freedom we all have to recreate ourselves and be
reborn into a new life at any moment. Nirvana is there for
us all to experience when we come to peace within ourselves.

I
dedicate this web site to my daughter Kailey and my life growing
up in Los Angeles, California. Kailey took many of the images
on this site that are of nature and of me on the beach and
in Hollywood. She loves me unconditionally and is my rock.
The trip I took there with my daughter in July 2008 was the
first time my daughter had a peak at who her mom is "authentically".
